How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The production time for orders is 3–5 business days (depending on the product and quantity). The order arrives in 1–2 business days after shipment, since it is shipped from PR to PR.
What should I do if my order goes missing?
All our shipments are insured. If anything happens to your package, we can file an insurance claim to receive a full refund for your order.
After receiving the insurance refund, you can place a new order to have it shipped again.
In which town are they located?
We are located in the town center of Cabo Rojo, but we primarily ship via the postal service throughout Puerto Rico.
Can I pick it up in-store?
Yes! If you're interested in picking up your order in-store, just select the "Pickup" option when placing your order.
