Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the CTM Printing Solutions website or contracting our services at our physical location (“We,” “Our,” “Website”). By visiting, using, and/or registering on the www.ctmprintingpr.com website (“Site”), you (hereinafter referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and www.ctmprintingpr.com (hereinafter also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern all use of the Site by any user of the Site and any services offered through it. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site or any services offered or accessed through the Site. If you (or the business entity you represent or on whose behalf you are acting) have a separate agreement with www.ctmprintingpr.com, the terms of that agreement shall apply to the extent they are inconsistent or in conflict with any of the Terms and Conditions.

Your access to and use of the Website are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and other individuals who access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website.

Contents

Our Website allows you to upload, submit, store, share, and receive content. You retain ownership of the copyright and any other proprietary rights you already hold in the content you provide to the Website. The user shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the content they request to be printed or processed by CTM Printing and, in turn, releases CTM Printing from any civil or criminal liability arising from the use or purposes to which the user puts the product or service provided by CTM Printing. The user agrees that CTM Printing may use photographs of the completed work on its social media accounts and website for promotional purposes. If you do not agree, you must notify us in writing via email (info@ctmprintingpr.com) at the time you place your order with us. 

Order Terms and Conditions

Payment

All prices and amounts shown on this site are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon. All prices listed on the site are based on current costs and are subject to change without prior notice; payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between the user and www.ctmprintingpr.com. If a user places an order on the site to purchase print products, design services, or other services, the user agrees that all charges, taxes, and shipping fees will be automatically charged to the credit card or paid by the user using an approved payment method. Production of all ordered items is subject to the terms described below in the “Print Production Time” section and will not begin until an order, including shipping fees, is paid in full. Once the print files associated with an order have been approved by the user, as described below in the “Print Production Time” section, the order will be considered “in production,” and no changes to the print files, job specifications, or print production time will be permitted. Once an order is in production, the total order amount, along with applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be considered paid in full and non-refundable. Additional service fees and USPS postage costs are non-refundable. Orders will not be canceled or refunded, unless it is an error on the part of www.ctmprintingpr.com and the order has gone through the claims process outlined in our claims section.

Color Accuracy

www.ctmprintingpr.com will reproduce the color of the print file according to the specifications set by the user in the provided print file, but does not guarantee an exact color match. www.ctmprintingpr.com is not responsible for color discrepancies resulting from color conversion of the source file (e.g., RGB to CMYK) or the limitations and capabilities of digital printing. Color matching may vary depending on the printing substrate, lighting conditions, printing method, and other factors beyond www.ctmprintingpr.com’s control.

Print Production Time

The print production time begins the day after www.ctmprintingpr.com receives your order and should not take more than 3–5 business days. www.ctmprintingpr.com is not responsible for errors made by the user when submitting the file for their order. www.ctmprintingpr.com strives to meet the estimated print production times but does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.

Shipping and Delivery

www.ctmprintingpr.com offers shipping services through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. www.ctmprintingpr.com is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to shipments caused by the third-party carrier.

www.ctmprintingpr.com is not liable for any damage, loss, or cost related to shipping, including, but not limited to, consequential or incidental damages. It is the user’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address when placing an order. www.ctmprintingpr.com is not liable for errors or delays in delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the user.

Returns

www.ctmprintingpr.com strives to provide products and services of the highest quality. If a user receives a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on the part of www.ctmprintingpr.com, they must file a claim within 15 days of receiving the product. Claims must be submitted in writing to www.ctmprintingpr.com and must include a detailed description of the problem, clear images showing the error, damage, or defect, proof of payment, and any other relevant information. www.ctmprintingpr.com will evaluate the claim and, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product, a refund of the product’s cost, or store credit for future purchases.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to, all data, information, text, graphics, images, videos, sounds, logos, software, compilations, design, selection, and arrangement) are the property of CTM Media Solutions or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States of America.

Applicable Laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States of America. 

Changes 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
